Manually Add or Deduct Customer Points
If you need to manually add or deduct a customer’s points for any reason, please follow the steps below.
To Add Points

Select a Customer
From the Customer Management page, select the relevant customer.

Open a Customer detail page
By selecting a customer you want to add points, you can open the customer detail page.

Open a Point adjusting screen
Click on the three-dot menu next to [Points] to open the adjusting screen.

Entering points you want to add
Click [Add Points], then enter the reason for the addition, the number of points to add, and the expiration date.

Save
Click save button to save this change.
To Deduct Points
- From the Customer Management page, select the relevant customer.
- Go to the Customer Details page.
- Click on the three-dot menu next to [Points].
- Click [Deduct Points], then enter the reason for the deduction and the number of points to deduct.
- Click [Save].
