To Add Points

Select a Customer

From the Customer Management page, select the relevant customer.

Open a Customer detail page

By selecting a customer you want to add points, you can open the customer detail page.

Open a Point adjusting screen

Click on the three-dot menu next to [Points] to open the adjusting screen.

Entering points you want to add

Click [Add Points], then enter the reason for the addition, the number of points to add, and the expiration date.

Save

Click save button to save this change.

To Deduct Points

  1. From the Customer Management page, select the relevant customer.
  2. Go to the Customer Details page.
  3. Click on the three-dot menu next to [Points].
  4. Click [Deduct Points], then enter the reason for the deduction and the number of points to deduct.
  5. Click [Save].
