テナントを作成する
「ブランド」や「部門」ごとに、独自のルール（ポイント・会員ランクなど）を管理するための箱のことです。組織の中に複数のブランドがある場合、それぞれのブランドを「テナント」として分けることで、別々のルールで運用できます。
